F&F Pizzeria is looking for talented servicesprofessionals to join the team! The Counter Server isa guest facing employee tasked with executing all in-person and online orders during a scheduled shift. You will work closely with the F&F Pizzeriamanagers to maintain high standards of customer service, keep an organized work station, and work efficiently in a fast paced high intensity environment. You will work alongside and support all F&F team members to execute a successful and smooth service and possess a passion for hospitality, customer service, and pizza. You will be responsible for: Being knowledgeable of our full menuand prepartion, including specials Entering in-person and online orders accurately in the POS Processing payment and ensure all guests leave happy Working with the team to ensure timely completion of orders Assisting to keep work areas clean and well stocked Performing opening and closing duties Maintaining a positive, outgoing demeanor during service Assisting co-workers asneeded Following all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage The ideal candidate will have: 1-2 years in a counter service restaurant with opening/closing experience. A serious love of good pizza, made with the utmost care A patient and friendly attitude with customers, even demanding ones Resourcefulness, attention to detail, and a strong sense of organization The ability to stand for extended periods of timewhile working near the heat of pizza oven A positive attitude Punctuality, with a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays Desire to learn and grow in the culinary field Willingness to carry / heavy objects when necessary (up to 30 lbs) Familiarity with Toast POS and Caviar / DoorDash is preferred but not required Food handlers certificate preferred, but not required Please submit your resume and tell us about yourself and why you want to join the F&F team.
